Virtual Design Consultation
$200
60 minutes
A focused hour over video reviewing your space, with clear priorities and next steps to take away.
Consultations
Start with one room.
Not every project needs a full design engagement. Sometimes you have one room that isn't working, one decision you keep going back and forth on, or one property you want a second opinion about before you commit.
A consultation is the smallest way to work with me — a focused session on the thing that's actually in your way.
On-Site Design Consultation
$200
60 minutes
An hour in the space itself, in the greater Omaha area.
Misty walks the space with you, in person. Some things you can't read from photos — how light moves through a room, how people actually move through it, what the bones are hiding.
Need more than an hour? Buy time in a block — 5 hours for $500 or 10 hours for $750, at a better rate than booking one session at a time. See blocks →
On-site consultations cover the greater Omaha area and the Midwest, plus select destination markets nationwide for the right project.
How it works
Book it, and we go
01
Book a time
Pick virtual or on-site and choose a slot. Your time is held while payment comes through — no proposal, no scoping call first.
02
Send what you have
Photos, measurements, your listing, a floor plan sketch on a napkin. Whatever exists. If nothing exists, that's fine too.
03
We work the problem
The whole session is spent on your space, not on introductions. You'll get a written recap afterward so nothing lives only in your memory.
Ready when you are
Pick a time
Nothing is charged when you book — your slot is held while payment comes through, and confirmed as soon as it lands.
If one hour isn't enough
Buy time in a block
Most projects turn out to be bigger than one room. A block is hours you hold onto — used virtually or on-site, across as many sessions as it takes, at a better rate than booking one at a time.
Hours never expire.
5-Hour Block
$500
5 hours · $100/hr
Five hours of Misty's time, used however you need it.
Virtual or on-site, split across as many sessions as the project needs. Hours never expire.
10-Hour Block
$750
10 hours · $75/hr
Ten hours, at the best rate offered.
For a whole-property project or a portfolio. Virtual or on-site, used at your pace. Hours never expire.
Bigger project in mind?
If it's a whole property rather than a single room — or you want the design, the build, and the guest experience handled end to end — that's a different conversation, and a better one to have directly.
